Danhoé Reddy-Girard advises French and foreign banks with the drafting and negotiation of the documentation relating to the financing of (amongst others) LBO transactions, business acquisitions and real estate assets.

His clients also include real estate investment funds and REITs having recourse to structured finance for their commercial real estate assets (logistics, light industrial, offices, commercial centres, etc.) as well as family offices soliciting financing for privately-owned hôtels particuliers, villas and apartments. Recognised by “The Best Lawyers in France” for his broader expertise in real estate law (since 2020) and member of the RICS, he has a broader advisory role toward this clientele, introducing them to specialised lawyers according to the needs identified.

He has an ancillary practice advising on personal data protection law.

Background


Education

Danhoé studied law at McGill University (1999) before obtaining a DEA degree in business law from the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas (2002). He further holds an EMBA from INSEAD and is a CFA Institute certified financial analyst charterholder (since 2019).

He is also a member of the Bar of New York since 2005.

Professionnal career

Before joining PRAD Avocats, Danhoé practiced more than fourteen years (including eleven as partner) within the Parisan office of an Anglo-Canadian law firm and, before that, almost eight years within a major Parisian independent law firm very well known in the real estate sector.
