Jessica HESS is a lawyer, with recognized expertise in corporate law in business disposals / acquisitions and fundraising.
She assists and advises her clients regarding various transactions involving corporate groups, particularly their formation, restructuring, disposal and development and the opening of their capital to private or institutional investors.
Jessica is also involved in managing relationships and resolving conflicts between business partners, developing shareholders’ agreements and advising her clients about equity participation procedures for executives and employees.
Background
Education
Jessica graduated from the HEC Paris business school in 2008. She also has a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris I Sorbonne (2008) and the Certificate to Practise Law (CAPA) (2011).
Professionnal career
After working at an investment bank, Jessica began her career as a lawyer in 2011 at one of the largest business and tax law firms in France, PwC Société d’Avocats (formerly Landwell & Associés). From 2017, she led the Corporate Law – M&A team at the Strasbourg office.

Jessica joined the PRAD law firm in November 2018, where she works in corporate law in partnership with the firm.
